This is the QuadCooler and isn't she a real beauty? She is strong yet lightweight. She is powerful yet small enough to pack along with your laptop or notebook computer. It is a scientific fact that computers run better at lower temperatures. It is also true that most computers and especially laptop computers run much higher than the ideal temperature where computers function best. In fact, many laptops run at such a high temperature that they might even damage delicate components like motherboards, processor chips, and/or hard drives. Not to mention your lap.The QuadCooler is a rectangular platform designed to sit underneath your portable computer and it is powered by a special USB cable that plugs into any available USB port on your laptop or notebook computer. One end of the cable is a standard USB connector and the other end is a standard barrel type power connector. The setup is easy. You simply set your laptop on top of the QuadCooler and then you plug the barrel end into the QuadCooler and the USB end into any available USB Port on your laptop computer.
There is a power switch that lets you put the QuadCooler on stand bye. There is also a speed control that lets you adjust the fans to the setting that's right for you.
It's hard to see the four (4) concealed fans through the modern design of the QuadCooler exterior. Therefore, we will remove the top cover to expose the 4 powerful but quiet fans. The fans are used to drawn warm air down into the QuadCooler and then out the sides. The fans are evenly placed to provide balanced cooling to all the hot spots on the bottom of your laptop computer including the processor, hard drive, and battery.
